3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We collect your personal data in the following ways:
Personal data is collected when you sign up for On Cloud, when you sign up for an account, submit your email address to follow artists or create a guest account during checkout. We collect certain personal data to remember your preferences, deliver the right Merch Alert notifications to you, and make checkout easier. This is the Registration Information category described in section 2.1 of our Privacy Policy.
How Does On Cloud Share/Transfer My Personal Data?
We may provide your information to third parties that perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, product delivery, data analysis, e-mail delivery, hosting services, and customer service. On Cloud Shoes may subcontract processing to, or share your personal data with, third parties located in countries other than your home country. Your personal data may, therefore, be subject to privacy laws that are different from those in your country of residence.
